Refund Policy
At AudreyRex, every item is made to order just for you. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at audreyrose@audreyrex.store with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first receiving approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages & Defective Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, contact us within 7 days of delivery at audreyrose@audreyrex.store with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that are worn, washed, or not in original condition
- Sale/final sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges We do not offer size or color exchanges, as all items are printed on demand. If we made an error on your order, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
As all of our products are made to order, we do not cover return shipping costs for buyer's remorse returns. In the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at audreyrose@audreyrex.store within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Photo evidence of the issue may be required.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at audreyrose@audreyrex.store.
European Union Orders If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
