Thank you for shopping with AudreyRex! Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing All of our products are made to order. Standard fulfillment takes 2–5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time includes both fulfillment and shipping.
Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 1–8 business days
- International: 1–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
International Orders We ship internationally to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
Shipping Restrictions Due to legal or carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship to the following regions:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
- Venezuela

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
